About Us

Tough Bee Difference

Trimbelle Creek Honey is created in limited quanties for a fortunate few! No Chemicals or treatments are ever used in the treatment of our Bees or production of Our Honey.

The Tough Bee Story

Strickter standards than Organtic

Our Bees collect pollen from our 28 acers of Clover and Wild Flowers and 40 acres of Basswood Trees. This makes a very light colored and great tasting Honey. We never treat this area with any Chemicals of any kind.

Our Philosophy

Strickter standards than Organtic

Strickter standards than Organtic

Our Bees are never treated with any chemicals!  Even "Organtic Honey" standards allow for hive treatments in early Spring and late Fall.  We never add chemicals to our hives or the clover fields where the Bees collect pollen!  If one of our hives become weak due to mites, fungas, or other Bee desease, the tough Wisconsin winter kills the colony and we replace it the next year.  So our Bees must be the Toughest!

What to do if Honey Granulates?

What to do if Honey Granulates?

Natural Honey granulates over time, this is normal, just heat the bottle in a pan of hot water for a few minutes until the crystals melt and the color is restored.

Or another way is to place the bottle of honey in your parked car on a hot and sunny day, In a few hours the Honey will be restored to it original state.
